12SUBJECT:  PUBLIC HEARING - GATEWAY LANDSCAPING & LIGHTING DISTRICT RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION:  Staff recommends that the City Council (1) conduct a public hearing and (2) adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the fiscal year 2019/2020 annual levy report and (3) adopt Resolution No. _____, ordering the levy and collection of the assessment within the Gateway Lighting and Landscaping District.
