14SUBJECT: Approval to Permit the Subordination of the Affordable Housing Covenant recorded for the Gracewood Commons Senior Citizens Housing Project to the Project’s Pre-development FinancingRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to permit subordination of the recorded affordable housing covenant for the Gracewood Commons senior citizens housing project to the project’s pre-development financing and authorize the City Manager to execute the subordination agreement on the City’s behalf.
15SUBJECT: West Woodland Safe Routes to School Project, CIP 17-09; Approve Plans and Specifications and Authorize Bid Advertisement, Accept Contract Termination for Convenience with McGuire & Hester RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, approving the project plans and specifications and authorizing bid advertisement for the West Woodland Safe Routes to School Project, CIP 17-09; and accept construction contract termination for convenience with McGuire and Hester and by mutual agreement of both parties.
