13 | SUBJECT: Comprehensive Zoning Code Update
RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to 1) Appropriate $310,000 of grant funding from the State Planning Grants Program - SB2 Grant to the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update Project (CIP# 07- 07) - Fund 325; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the State Department and Community Development for the Planning Grant Program funds; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Contract with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. (LWC) for Planning Services to prepare a Comprehensive Zoning Code Update. |
