7SUBJECT:  City Council Meeting Minutes of July 2, 2019 and July 16, 2019   RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION:  Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the minutes of the Joint Regular City Council/Woodland Finance Authority Meeting of July 2, 2019 and July 16, 2019.

9SUBJECT:  Fire Prevention Bureau Migration to a Community Risk Reduction Model RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION:  Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation regarding Woodland Fire Department's recently redesigned Community Risk Reduction Division.
10SUBJECT: 2019 National Night OutRECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation by the Police Department regarding the 2019 National Night Out.

17SUBJECT: Proclamation Honoring Yolo Food Bank RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a proclamation honoring the Yolo food Bank's Grand Opening and Open House scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2019.
12REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER
13SUBJECT: Comprehensive Zoning Code Update RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. _____, to 1) Appropriate $310,000 of grant funding from the State Planning Grants Program - SB2 Grant to the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update Project (CIP# 07- 07) - Fund 325; 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the State Department and Community Development for the Planning Grant Program funds; and 3) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Contract with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. (LWC) for Planning Services to prepare a Comprehensive Zoning Code Update.
14SUBJECT:  Designate Delegate for the Annual League of California Cities Conference RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION:  Staff recommends that the City Council designate a voting delegate to represent the City at the Annual Conference of the League of California Cities to be held in Long Beach, October 16 - 18, 2019.
15SUBJECT:  Study Session - Sustainability:  Implementation of the City's 2035 Climate Action Plan RECOMMENDATION FOR ACTION:   Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a study session focusing on sustainability issues and provide feedback and direction on implementation of the City's 2035 Climate Action Plan.
